Modesti, PC represents both mothers and fathers in custody litigation and considers it our obligation to help our clients stand for the best interest of their children even in the middle of the conflict. Our employment practice focuses on the needs of employees. We concentrate on negotiation of employment contracts, interpretation of certain trade agreements, and aggressive handling of severance packages. Our Firm has experience in litigation of discrimination, breach of contract and other types of wrongful termination claims. The Law Office of Maryann Q. Modesti, PC recognizes that wrongful assault to a person’s occupation goes to the heart of self-identity so that employment issues call for committed attention. We practice in both state and federal court in this area and have argued a case before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court with successful result.
